About Me
I’ve made a few major changes in my life, starting with moving from Belarus to Philadelphia when I was 5. Let me tell you that being raised in a Soviet family replete with ancestral trauma when you’re a sensitive and empathic child is fertile training ground for the work I do now 🤪Since I was a child I wanted to be a singer. I pursued the performer path all the way through acting school at NYU and playing gigs in the city. I was inspired and also full of anxious mood swings. I was confused, powerless and looking for meaning.While I always felt connected to a higher power, I didn’t really have a relationship with God. Over time I began to explore my Jewish roots which led to another huge transformation, the death of my old value system and a rebirth of faith.Along my healing and religious journey, I lost my creative muse and rediscovered it in sharing the channeled lessons I was receiving. When I began learning and practicing energy therapy on myself, I slowly started to shed the stories of other people and rediscover faith in myself. I realized that self trust means telling the truth. And truth is transformational.

My Philosophy
Society would have us believe that our worth comes from external accolades. PURE OHR is about aligning with our soul, shining our inner light on the world and releasing anything which obstructs our nature.Especially if you are highly sensitive and empathic, you may feel this pull between others’ expectations and your unique soul path more strongly. I know I have. And this is not by accident!I believe that Source, G-d, Universal Energy created us with all the tools we need to live abundant and meaningful lives. We’ve just forgotten how. I help you tap back into your innate soul medicine so you can follow your internal GPS, eschew guilt, shame and fear and learn to say no to the old paradigms.While this process can be painful and messy, having guides to work with has been extremely invaluable on my journey. I’m committed to being that person for others like me, because the world needs our gifts and quiet powers more than ever. And it also needs us to be balanced and at peace, body, mind and soul.

Holistic Approach
Using intuitive methods, I tap into the four levels of consciousness - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual, channeling Source energy into specific energy bodies to remove blockages and stuck patterns. This is not a bandage approach, as I work with the subconscious mind, which carries most of our operating system, and dissolve inner resistance and even supernatural issues which often impede the healing process. I also suggest gemstones, affirmations, specific psalms and channel intuitive guidance as needed.

I started writing songs as a teen most likely to find belonging as a first generation American and express my inner world.This was my first form of channeling the divine. The songs often felt as if they were hovering above me waiting to be plucked down to earth or buried deep within ready to be birthed.Once I was well into my healing journey, I noticed the songs stopped visiting me. The need to put words down on paper shifted when I learned the power of vulnerable conversations.I still occasionally write contemplative and conscious songs when the energy moves me and am studying how to use my voice more as a healing instrument.

What to Expect
I am trained and highly experienced in using muscle testing and intuition to guide our sessions in the highest light.
Week 1:
Welcome + Initiation
We open up the energy field with a deep prayer and a one hour lay-it-all-down call setting the course for the next two months.
Week 2, 4, 6, 8:
Energy Clearing + Activation
A one hour remote energy clearing, to release the root causes of soul fragmentation and restore energetic harmony.
This will be followed by a one hour soul conversation where I’ll debrief what was cleared, offer practical guidance and spiritual straight talk.
Week 3, 5, 7: Integration
This is your time to rest and allow your system to make the necessary shifts towards wholeness.
You will receive a 30 minute cellular repair session to help you align with higher frequency.
You will also receive personalized affirmations every other week for your mind and body to deeply integrate at your own pace.
