Philosophy
Society would have us believe that we need to make something of ourselves by adding on fancy degrees and titles and that our worth comes from external accolades. These things in themselves are not bad, however striving to meet society’s standards often has us become what we’re not. We end up with false identities which obstruct our nature.Especially if you are highly sensitive and empathic, you may feel this pull between others’ expectations and your unique soul path more strongly. I know I have. And this is not by accident!I believe that Source, G-d, Universal Energy created us with all the tools we need to live abundant and meaningful lives. We’ve just forgotten. We have to tap back into our innate soul medicine by following our internal GPS, eschewing guilt, shame and fear and learning to say no to the old paradigms.While this process can be painful and messy, having someone to turn to who’s a step ahead has been extremely invaluable on my journey. I’m committed to being that person for others like me, because the world needs our gifts and quiet powers more than ever. And it also needs us to be balanced and at peace, body, mind and soul.

Holistic Approach
Using intuitive methods, I tap into the four levels of consciousness - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual, channeling Source energy into specific energy bodies to remove blockages and stuck patterns. This is not a bandage approach, as I work with the subconscious mind, which carries most of our operating system, and dissolve inner resistance and even supernatural issues which often impede the healing process. I also suggest gemstones, affirmations, specific tehillim and channel intuitive guidance as needed.

I began learning energy work, as a highly sensitive and empathic person who would easily feel shutdown and unwell after socializing, to protect my energies first and foremost.You may be feeling susceptible to energies as well and need to strengthen your energy field.You may be an empath who grew up in a toxic family environment where your voice and needs were silenced and now you find yourself attracting similar dynamics.You probably have a lot of love to give but you easily get entangled with others and don't know why it's so hard for you to set healthy boundaries.This is not your fault! I started writing songs as a teen most likely to find belonging as a first generation American and express my inner world.This was my first form of channeling the divine. The songs often felt as if they were hovering above me waiting to be plucked down to earth or buried deep within ready to be birthed.Once I was well into my healing journey, I noticed the songs stopped visiting me. The need to put words down on paper shifted when I learned the power of vulnerable conversations.I still occasionally write contemplative and conscious songs when the energy moves me and hope to use my voice more as a healing instrument.
